Two of the greatest -let's call it Post/Punk bands - Hotwater Music more in emo, Leatherface in a Hüsker Dü vein, team up on this split release, providing one the most intense punk records of the late 90ies.

This release marked Leatherface's return to the punkrock scene after some very calm years. Not late too late to have totally been forgot and early enough to let it seem they jumped on the rampant 90ies emo-hype. Endless tours and records follow this record.

A-side recorded march 17-19, 1999 at Trinity Heights. Just past the angel of the north, In memory of Andy Crighton.B1 to B4 recorded at Goldenstone Studios in Gainsville, FL March 23 1999. B5 engineered and produced at Montana Inc. in Richmond, VA March 5.
